Decided is not delivered.
I accompany companies on the stretch in between – as someone who was responsible for change, leadership and learning inside companies for years.

Sound familiar?
Do you recognise any of these?
Most enquiries do not start with a term. They start with a situation. Six I hear again and again.
In the company
In leadership

Change is not what gets decided. It is what happens differently on Monday.
Focus areas
Four areas, three movements
Clarify, deliver, embed – the order is not a system. It is the path change actually takes inside a company.
Why me, of all people
I have sat on both sides of the table.
Before I accompanied companies, I was responsible inside them – for change, culture, leadership development and learning, at senior level, with accountability for results.
So I know what it feels like when new strategies, roles and expectations land on the working day. And I know why well-meant programmes so often end in vagueness.
That is where I start: not with ready answers, but with a very sober look at what is actually going on – and with the experience of putting things into a form that can be worked with.

Who I work for
Three perspectives, one concern
Owners and managing directors
Who commission the work – and want to know what will actually be different afterwards.
Senior leaders and heads of division
Who live with the delivery – and have to give direction while still finding it themselves.
HR and organisational development
Who see the need, carry the process – and want a partner who knows the company side.
