Focus areas
Focus areas
As few as possible, as many as necessary – four areas that belong together.
Change takes a path inside a company. First it has to be clear what is meant to change. Then it has to be translated into leadership, behaviour and collaboration. And for it to last, knowledge has to be secured and learning embedded.
The four focus areas follow that path. They are deliberately not a catalogue – most mandates begin in one area and touch at least one more.
Clarify
Establish what is meant to change – in strategy, structure and behaviour.
Deliver
Translate change into leadership behaviour, collaboration and communication.
Embed
Secure knowledge and strengthen learning so that the effect lasts.
What runs through all four
Communication
Nobody commissions “communication” – but every leadership, change and collaboration problem shows up in it. Difficult conversations, communicating in uncertain phases, clarifying expectations: part of every area, not an area of its own.
Artificial intelligence
Where it genuinely makes change faster: preparing decisions and communication, structuring change, accessing knowledge, learning more quickly. Not a consulting field – a tool in everyday work.
