Accompaniment & Mandates

Where delivery needs continuity – over weeks, months or in-house for a fixed period.

Some undertakings cannot be dealt with in workshops. They need someone who stays with them over months: who steers the delivery, accompanies leadership along the way, builds structures and makes sure that what was decided is also embedded.

That can be project accompaniment – I work alongside those responsible, with fixed dates and clear results. It can be sparring – regular, for the leadership level that carries the change. Or it is a mandate for a fixed period: I take responsibility for a topic in the company until it stands – building knowledge or learning structures, for instance.

The difference to consulting: I do not hand over a concept; I stay until it is delivered. That is the way of working I know from my time inside companies – and the one I continue with DASANTRA.

Three forms

Project accompaniment
One undertaking, one period, fixed milestones. I accompany delivery from clarification to embedding – alongside the day job of those responsible, not instead of it.
Sparring
Regular sessions with the leadership level that carries the change. Sort, prioritise, decide – with someone who knows the situation and is not inside the system.
Mandate for a fixed period
Interim responsibility for a topic: building an academy, a knowledge structure, an onboarding process. As the person responsible in-house, accountable for results, until the structure stands and is handed over.
